HNS Providers are contractually required to promptly notify HNS, in writing, but in no event later than fifteen (15) calendar days, following the occurrence of any of the following events:
If the Provider becomes the subject of any disciplinary investigation or proceeding or action before Provider’s requisite State licensing agency or a similar agency in any state;
Any actions taken by a Board of Chiropractic Examiners against the provider's license to practice chiropractic, including but not limited to investigations, reprimands, suspensions, revocations, terminations or other restrictions, or if there are any subsequent changes in the status of any information relating to Provider’s professional credentials;
Provider learns that Provider has become a defendant in any malpractice action, receives any pleadings, notice or demands of claim, or service of process relating to alleged malpractice, or is required to pay damages in any such action by way of judgment or settlement;
Provider is convicted of a felony relating directly or indirectly to the practice of chiropractic;
There is a change in the Provider’s business address;
Provider becomes incapacitated, as that term is defined under the appropriate State practice act for that Provider;
An act of nature or any event beyond Provider’s reasonable control which will likely interrupt all or a portion of Provider’s practice for a period of sixty (60) consecutive calendar days or which may have a material adverse effect on Provider’s ability to perform Provider’s obligations hereunder for such a period;
Any change in the nature or extent of services rendered by Provider;
Any other act, event, occurrence or the like which might materially affect the Provider’s ability to carry out Provider’s duties and obligations under this Agreement; or
Any of the above events with respect to any individual practitioner affiliated with Provider.
HNS is contractually required to notify HNS contracted payors of any of the above changes within 15 days of receipt of notice of any such changes.
Notifications from HNS
HNS' primary form of communication with network providers is via email. Accordingly, all HNS providers must maintain a valid email address and register this email address with HNS via the secure portion of this website. Because important information is communicated to network providers via email, please assure these email addresses are not blocked or that you do not unsubscribe to these email addresses.

HNS providers must promptly notify HNS of any change to their email addresses. (Provider email addresses may be updated via the secure portion of this website.)
Providers who do not receive timely and important information from HNS as a result of unsubscribing fromHNS email addresses and/or for failing to provide HNS with a current valid email address may miss important information that could impact his/her contractual obligations with HNS.
