BCBSNC telephone representatives do not always have access to all BCBSNC corporate medical policies and as such, the policies included in the BCBSNC CMP supersede information obtained from BCBSNC phone reps.  So it is imperative that all providers understand and adhere to all BCBSNC Corporate Medical Policies.
